Dietary sources of (Si) Silica
Bromide: Si is controlled by steroid and thyroid hormones. Inadequate or reduced hormone or thyroid activity occurs with exposure to bromide, which decreases silica absorption.High levels of Si in unrefined ‘whole’ grains such as barley, oats, bran ( 50% present in the hulls and husks contain 110 mg Si/g).
High natural levels of Si are also present in:
- beans
- rice actively takes up and transports Si
- spinach
- carrots, beets, potatoes
- garlic
- bananas
- dried fruits and nuts
- rice,
- oats,
- barley,
- maize,
- cucumber,
- tomatoes
Silica has been used as a treatment for asthma.
Iodine: Just as the highest need for Iodine is found in breast, thyroid and urinary tract, Highest levels of 31Si are found in the kidneys, liver and lungs (78).
Silica is essential for normal growth and formation of bone and connective tissues and is present in blood at concentrations similar to iron, copper and zinc. Higher intake associated with menopausal women, bone strength, and estrogen at the hip sites.Osteoporosis is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the elderly, and an increasing maker of profits in healthcare resources (over 1 billion pounds in the UK) (1, 2). The major bone fracture, especially of the femur or vertebrae causing pain, loss of independence, and rapid sequence of events leading to death (1-5). Silicon is concentrated at the mineralisation front of growing bone (18). Work over the last 30 years has added to these findings to suggest that dietary silicon may be important, or at least beneficial, for bone formation, bone health, and skin/collagen maintenance.
Quartz Crystal (12%) and the aluminosilicates are the most prevalent silicates (21). These are present in igneous and sedimentary rocks and soil minerals.Silicon is known to be actively taken up by some primitive organisms and plants to form elaborate exoskeletons. Recently Kinrade et al (28, 29) reported that Si(OH)4 interacts readily with sugars to form coordinate complexes suggesting that interactions with bio-molecules is possible.
Illuminati Conspiracy
- Up to 50%, of the Si that would have been present in the hulls and husks are removed during manufacturing/industrial treatment these are removed by refining foods.
- High calcium diet with boiled milk to kill natural stem cells reduces bone strength and lessens digestion of Si. Casein harms Si.
- Menopausal women are given hormone replacement which causes cancer.
- Bromide sprayed in silos blocks thyroid's ability to over-see metabolic use of Si to lungs, liver, and kidneys.
- Bone density loss is a huge money maker in healthcare
- Aluminum sprayed in chemtrails harms Si
