Our
evacuation 'Action Teams' have been put together since September 1997, and will have many of
Earth's 'Starseeds' in them. To add the necessary Earth element to our
teams, we have stepped up the training programs of those persons who
will be initially affected. Additionally, we have completed our
preliminary training during their sleep time with those 'Starseeds' who
will be 'Greeters' and facilitators for those other Earth 'Starseeds',
as they are moved into the Light Chambers and then to their training
planet. We have been spending an inordinate amount of time during many
persons' sleep time with these vital preparations. These actions are now
reaching a point of completion.
Now, let us talk about the critical changes occurring to your spiritual
bodies. Dear Ones, as you know, you possess a highly complex spiritual
system. When you were born, you had an electrical and magnetic field
around you. This subtle energy field is called your Light Body. It
consists of a total of fourteen layers, each of which has a purpose.
They range from a number of Etheric bodies that mirror your chakra
systems, to conscious bodies that are connected directly to your Silver
and Gold Cords. These systems are holistic and, to be properly attached,
require a certain set of resonances. To do this, we have decided to
connect them layer-by-layer to your physical body.
To integrate this multi-layered system into your body requires that we
initially change your physical body into a thirteen-chakra system.
Therefore, we have had to slowly accommodate the many modifications
needed to complete this task. Beginning at the head, feet, hands and
lower torso, we slowly worked inward. Additionally, we have had to
mirror the electro-magnetic activity of your Light Body with that of
your Physical Body. Adding to this project, there are the many
thought-forms, which you have inherited from your ancestors, or have
forged during your lifetime. We have had to resolve all of these
complexities. Our solution is a series of specially applied resonance
patterns, each specifically designed for you and for that particular
aspect which we are integrating.
The
oceans of your world are about to start to heat up again, an event
caused by many deep ocean floor earthquakes, and accompanying volcanism.
The winds in your upper atmosphere are about to increase in their
velocity and will begin to break into much smaller airstreams, or 'jet
streams', as your meteorologists call them. Mother Earth is changing.
She knows that the numerous tectonic plate movements that characterize
her current surface features are finally nearing their end. In the New
Earth, the tectonic plates will forge together, the oceans will change
in their shape and size, and two new continents are to be added to her
surface mix.
At her core, a crystalline massive singularity regulates the energy exchanges that maintain the coming new reality.
Your
world is about to take on a new look. Most of these changes are to be
completed only after you have become fully conscious Beings.
Nevertheless, they are immense. Previously, we referred to the fourteen
oceans and seas and to the nine continents that will comprise the
Earth's new surface. This surface virtually lacks snow or ice. In fact,
the two polar caps will no longer exist.

Sirius Star-nation is a proud member of the Galactic Federation.
Indeed, the Regional Federation Council for your Sector of the Galaxy is
named the Sirian Regional Council in their honor. Under the aegis of
their wisdom, the Galactic Federation Colony of Lemuria was founded over
900,000 solar years ago upon your sacred Earth orb. Those Beings from
an outside world who sought to bring the ways of the "Dark" to your
world soon gained a foothold in the Lemurian colony of Atlantis.
Here,
keep in mind that your Moon is really a vast artificial orb that was
created, originally, to be the protector of the planet you call
'Maldek'. Today, Maldek is just an asteroid belt that exists between
Mars and Jupiter. In former times, it was an Earth-like world nearly
29,000 miles (46,690 kilometers) in diameter, which, for over one
million years, served as the "Dark" Anchara Alliance's Headquarters.
Galactic Federation forces later destroyed this Planet, in order to
re-colonize your Solar System. Much later, forces loyal to Atlantis put
your Moon in its present position in order to attack and destroy
Lemuria. The Moon has a number of important capabilities. First, it can
control your global weather patterns, as well as your Planet's
electrical and magnetic grids. Second, it can control the rate of
movement of Earth's tectonic plates, as well as the degree of up-welling
of the mantle's molten materials. In short, it is a device that can
easily manipulate your environment. Third, the Moon can regulate the
amount of life-giving energies that travel from the Sun to the Earth.

We come today to inform you about many things. Among the most important
is the status of the Galactic Federation of Light fleets assigned to
your Solar System. At present, they are a diverse lot. Fleets from
various Human Star Nations have been combined with those from a number
of Dinosaurian, Reptilian, Insectoid and Amphibian ones. Together, they
have forged a united front dedicated to the completion of your First
Contact Mission.
The process of First Contact requires, on our part, a great deal of patience. Your
Secret Rulers have long known that your world cannot continue to exist
in its present state. They understand how desperate your situation
really is. Yet, they have failed to fully inform you and have even
blocked various forms of technology that could quickly remedy this
problem. They wish only to exploit and enslave you. In
this regard, we wish to see nothing less than a worldwide web of
prosperous, democratic governments that allow their citizenry to openly
express their cultural and religious diversity.
The actual First Contact Fleet has a three-part command structure, which
presently is being used to assist our Galactic Federation Medical
Teams. At the top are the various interstellar Motherships, each
containing several smaller atmospheric Motherships. These Motherships
are employed as Sector Command Posts and each launches several Scout
Ships. These, in turn, can quickly teleport their personnel to wherever
they are needed, or land, if necessary. All members of this small fleet
of 3 to 50 Scout Ships are closely monitored by the atmospheric
Motherships. If need be, any Scout Ship can be transferred, instantly,
to another Sector. The Fleet is organic and operates, much like a neural
network, according to the principles of fluid group dynamics.
Consequently, the needs of any specific mission can be accomplished
quickly and creatively. This same alignment will be used at the
inception of our Mass First Contact with you.
The interstellar Motherships in which we live are living Beings
themselves. They feel a great connection for us, as we feel great Love
for them.
Our
form, dear Friends, is quite similar to yours. We are as tall, or
taller, than you. Many Pleiadeans, Andromedans and Lyrans, for example,
are of the same general height as you, while Sirians, Arians and those
from Perseus are generally taller. Males are usually over 7 feet (2.13
meters) tall while females are usually more than 6 foot 4 inches (1.93
meters). Their height is counterbalanced by their perfectly formed
physiques. Many of us are surrounded by a glowing aura.
In addition to the great Motherships that comprise our vast Fleet, there
are the wondrous realms of Inner Earth. Here are found the last living
remnants of Ancient Lemuria, a series of interlocking cities that spans
the globe.

In past messages, we have briefly described ourselves to you. Now, let
us tell you some more about who we are. Like you, our initial landing
personnel and global broadcast liaisons are Human. We all descend from
the aquatic primates that Heaven first brought to full sentiency on a
watery world in the Vega system, in the Constellation of Lyra, some 7.3
million solar years ago. Since then, we Humans have spread across the
Galaxy, reaching your Solar System slightly more than two million years
ago. However, a catastrophic and prolonged Galactic War caused the
deaths of those Human colonists over a million years ago. A second
group, whom you know as Lemurians, arrived on this beautiful blue Earth
orb some 900,000 years ago.

The
Ottoman Turks, the Hapsburgs of Austria, the Bourbons of France and the
Holy See conspired in the past to create a system of banking and trust
that has lasted until this day. It is important, at this point, to be
aware that these individuals were part of a vast, global council of
Earthly minions whose ultimate overlords were the former Anunnaki,
themselves under the influence of the galactic Forces of Darkness. For
nearly 13 millennia, these dark, hybrid off-worlders controlled your
realm. They relinquished that control nearly a decade ago.
Timing is everything. There is no reason to have one group or another in
a hardship. It is better to wait and allow all issues to be handled in a
fluid manner.

do not need to concern yourselves about the outcome of another Soul's
path. Each one of you is experiencing according to your needs, and many
Souls will cross your path and have fleeting contact with you.

not be concerned about the group known as Isis, as their success is
soon to be brought to a sudden halt when they shall be unable to
continue with their war against the people of Earth. Many ask why we do
not stop them now, but certain karmic issues have to be played out.
There are many lessons being learnt that will serve the Souls involved
very well, and help them to evolve. It may seem to you that many
innocent Souls are involved in the atrocities that are taking place.
However, please understand that they are working-off karma from previous
lives that can only be to their advantage.
We
realise that for many this period is difficult, but keep to your tasks
and spread Love and Light whenever you can. Times will be difficult as
the old energies are being transmuted, and as the old way of life
becomes unacceptable. Those of you who spread the Light have a very big
responsibility to keep focussed on your path and let no one stand in
your way.

Sananda: Let me tell you of the monumental developments on
Earth. Many of you are aware from last week's message that there was an
unprecedented attack by the Cabal on our "Negotiating Team", as we were
on our way to the table to work out a "Plan of Peace" in which the
Cabal Leaders, all of whom are now in Human bodies, and who were being
offered various terms of amnesty, if they were willing to relinquish
their hold on Earth.
Your Kathryn had developed a Plan to offer them the only terms the Dark
Ones would even consider, which was "retirement with honour" rather than
insisting on "surrender." It was a marvellous program, designed to
pique their curiosity and play most strongly on their battle fatigue as
well as their arrogance and pride.
We
have sentinels everywhere watching their movements. Many have already
agreed to work with us, so we have "Double Agents" who understand that
they will all be dissolved if they do not follow orders from Prime

Once
they have come to the Light, their DNA will be changed to crystalline
based LoveLight. They will no longer be capable of the horrifying
behaviour they were immersed in. No one will be allowed to return until
they are completely cleansed of the feelings and memories of being
participating Cabal Members.
Our greatest challenge has been with the heads of the 13 Inner Dark Cabal Families. We
see the deep change in a Soul and in a heart when a person truly
awakens to feelings of Love, gratitude and reverence. There is no

This
amazes them, since they cannot snap their fingers, stage-manage a
“False Flag Event”, start a war, and come away richer and more powerful
than ever before. Their formula for controlling the world is obsolete.
At
this time, there are still a large number of Humans who fall into the
range of 60% to 70% Darkness. They are the polluters, the oblivious
racists, the animal abusers, the arrogant executives, the punitive
parents, the cruel teachers and the extremely religious of all stripes.
Many of this enormous group have aligned themselves with Darkness
because they felt powerless, or because they could not have sustained
themselves and their families economically otherwise.
Then
we must find ways for those left adrift to fill their days with
productive work, and teach compassion and forgiveness for those who have
been compromised by having lived in an impossibly difficult world
system.
Everyone
has been enslaved in one way or another, you see. No one has been
spared the bite of having to "fit in" to an environment that encouraged
soul-destroying behaviour, while ingesting mind-control substances
daily. This is why so many Masters are here at this time - because young
Souls could not have maintained a connection to their hearts under such
crushing psychological and physical abuses. You are realizing, as you
have struggled to clear darkness from your own Beings, just how
difficult this process is.
Forgiveness does not mean permissiveness or weakness. These are Cabal ideas.
Now
it is to be your work, Dear Ones, to ease the transition for others, to
hold the bar high, to teach a new kind of forgiveness based in
knowledge and wisdom.

As most of you know, I was hit directly by a scalar
weapon, directed at Sananda and me and others representing the Company
of Heaven as we approached the Meeting we were about to attend to
negotiate the peaceful departure of the Dark Cabal from Planet Earth.
It was a type of powerful and very dangerous weapon, utterly banned from
use in the Multiverse because of its potential to destroy Souls. Let
me emphasize this - it kills Souls, not just the body. Higher
Selves, have rarely been exposed to nuclear-type weapons in the Higher
Dimensions. However, the explosion of nuclear weapons on the Planet and
in Space can potentially cause terrible Soul damage throughout the
Dimensions, as we experienced during the destruction of Maldek and the
fall of Atlantis. This is why Earth has been quarantined since then,
barred from all Galactic exchange in the Higher Dimensions.
Anyone who has not reached a stable Light quotient of at least 15% will have been dissolved into the Sea of Light.
The
Dark Cabal had become experts in creating every toxic form of
psychological, spiritual and physical poison. Your familiarity with the
“chemtrails” has given you just a glimpse into the far-reaching
technologies they were willing to use. The physical effects have been
devastating to Human health, reproduction and aging, but the
psychological effects have been even more destructive. The dark
thoughtforms produced constantly and fed into the energetic atmosphere
surrounding Earth have had the effect of paralyzing much of the
population. It is a barrage that requires great strength and presence
of mind to withstand.

With
technology far advanced of your imaginations a livable "Mothership" was
made into existence with 12 internal levels and holding all forms of
nature inside including mountains, forests, animals. Every form of plant
and mineral life may be found there on Niburu. On Niburu the Crew are
of many species all of which are basically Humanoid, though not all
resemble Humanity on Earth. Ninety percent of Life Forms within your Sun
System are Humanoid. Each with their own Humanity sharing common genes.
Some are part Human man and woman and part horse, elephant, lion,
serpent, alligator, pterodactyl, ibis, hawk, lady bug, preying mantis,
and many, many others. There are 200,000 different species of Human
Hybrids within your Solar System.
There are many stories out there about the Annunaki (a word meaning "The
Astronauts") and Nephilium from the mobile Battle Planet of Niburu. The
work of scholar Zecharia Stichin is used to justify these stories. His
research is good. The more recent stories are made up and attributed to
him. He passed on a few years ago and would be greatly disturbed to know
his translations are being used this way to manipulate fear of those
from Niburu. The number of Annunaki who defiled their people was really
only four of their Leaders. Four original Annunaki Leaders thus were to
defile the memories of those on Earth through their creating
indoctrinated virtual slaves for their Gold Mines during their Sumerian
Civilisation on Earth. They then went out and recruited others of all
E.T. Races to help their Dark cause down on Earth.
Many they recruited were from the Dark Constellation called Dracos.
This was the home of the Dragon People, the Snake People, the Alligator
People, the Dinosaur People and the Lizard People. These are who now
and always have been the main Members of the Dark Cabal. The number of
false prophets has grown. Why? Control. Enslavement.
During Earth's “Cold War” it was reported to President Yeltsin that the
United States had sent a nuclear weapon toward a Russian target. He did
not believe his Military Commanders and did not return fire until he
checked the reports. We came that close to all out Nuclear War on Earth
in recent times over 4-5 times in the last 50 years.
During another Cycle of Earth a large part of Atlantis was destroyed, it
was due to a nuclear missile being launched towards the Plasma Sun at
Inner Earth. This broke the Great Crystal of Atlantis into three pieces
and those three pieces still lie on the Atlantic Sea floor where what we
call the Bermuda Triangle is. This broken Great Atlantean Crystal is
what draws Ships and Crafts of all kinds off course, the magnetics of
their guidance systems become lost and they can then even traverse into
other Dimensions where they disappear from our Earthly sight.
There
are over 1 million Walk-in Souls living on Earth as well as 60 million
Galactic Humans from other Worlds. They work together and are all
completely telepathic, just as we know Extraterrestrials are.
They are working in all walks of life and are strategically placed to
serve Humanity. By becoming incarnated Earth Humans these E.T.
Super-Humans change things from within the matrix, yet they have their
entire memory, their adept abilities and at the same time live Human
lives. They live under a Boddhisatva Vow. They take nothing in return
for dangerous lives battling the tiny number of the Dark Cabal. This is
how it must be handled. There is no other way. There is no other way but
to reveal the truth to the younger Souls living on the Planet who do
not have the sophistication to understand. They do not know what
questions to ask. They are so heavily under the programming they are
easily fouled. Those Extraterrestrials living among you on Earth have
sacrificed everything to be here now. They are here to save the Planet
from total destruction.
